How long will it take for my The Kamnit order to arrive?

We prioritize achieving the perfect fit, which is why all our products are crafted to order, ensuring they match your ideal specifications and minimize the need for returns. As a result, the preparation of your order typically takes around 3-5 days, followed by an additional 2-3 days for delivery within India. For international orders, please expect delivery within 8-14 working days after placing your order.

Is it possible to expedite the delivery of my order in case of an urgent situation?

While we typically follow our standard processing and delivery times, we understand that certain circumstances may require expedited handling. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and arrange for early delivery whenever possible.

Does The Kamnit offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all its products?

For domestic orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered for standard sizes ranging from XS to 2XL. An additional INR 100 fee will be applied for COD transactions, which is non-refundable. Please note that COD is not applicable for customized products. Additionally, COD is unavailable for orders to be shipped outside of India.

How can I determine which size of clothing will be the best fit for me?

We offer garments in both The Kamnit standard sizes and customized sizes tailored to your precise measurements. When placing your order, simply click on the "Size Chart" to determine the most suitable The Kamnit standard size for you. If you remain uncertain, you have the option to provide your exact measurements by selecting the "Custom" option. Additionally, feel free to reach out to our stylist or contact us via WhatsApp for any assistance or suggestions you may need while placing your order.

How do I provide my measurements for a perfect fit ?

While ordering, click on ‘Custom' Tab, select the Standard size range within which your measurement fall, and select just three mandatory measurements for Bust, Waist and Hip from the drop down menu. You may also provide us with other optional measurements like shoulder, arms, chest etc for a perfect fit.

What is the process for measuring my body for customization?

Upon selecting the "Custom option," please click on the "How to Measure" button to access visual or written instructions detailing the precise method for measuring each body part.

Is the security of my payment information ensured when making a payment at The Kamnit?

Purchasing from The Kamnit using prepaid methods (credit cards, debit cards, Paytm, net banking, etc.) is facilitated through highly secure and reputable payment gateway companies like Razorpay and PayU. During the payment process, you can select from these trusted payment gateway providers and various prepaid options offered by leading card companies worldwide, such as Mastercard and Visa.

Is it possible to request alterations if the garment I ordered doesn't fit me?

Certainly, you have the option to request alterations. While our garments are tailored to your measurements, provided by you, making it highly unlikely that they won't fit, we do offer free alterations to ensure your satisfaction.

Is it possible to exchange or return a purchased product?

Products, with the exception of customized items, standard sizes above 2XL or below XS, and items sold under Clearance Sale, are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt, adhering to our Exchange & Return policy. However, products shipped to addresses outside India cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or altered. Please be aware that specific terms and conditions apply to all exchanges. Additionally, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • It should be unused and unwashed.
  • There should be no scent of perfume, deodorant, or washing powder.
  • The product should be free from any stains such as makeup or pen marks.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Do customized products qualify for return or exchange?

No, customized products are exclusively eligible for complimentary alterations.

What steps should I take if funds are deducted from my account, but I haven't received an order confirmation?

Please don't be concerned if payment is deducted from your account without receiving an order confirmation. Simply log in to your account and verify the order status. If you still haven't received an order confirmation or if you don't have an account with us, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp message at +91-7303022292, or email us at wecare@thekamnit.com, and we'll assist you. If you've canceled an order or are awaiting a refund, the payment refund is likely already in progress. Typically, it may take 1-3 days for the payment to reflect back in your account according to the policies of the payment gateway providers.
